Ready to build your custom brand? Here are the steps to ensure a hassle free order with MBMG. We simplify the ordering process so you can spend less time worrying and more time creating.

Submit Request
To start, please submit a request via the form below or by calling our office at 518-407-9053. We do our best to get back as soon as we can usually within 24-48 hrs. Be as descriptive as possible in your request with sizes, colors, number of garments, expected timeframes, etc.

Accept Estimate
Once your request has been received and we have gathered all necessary information, we will email you an estimate to review and accept.

Approve Artwork
Once the artwork has been approved we will send over a template of what the finished product will look like with your artwork. Once the artwork is approved we can move forward. Please note that any change orders after approval will be an additional charge and may affect production timeline.

Make Payment
Once the estimate has been accepted and the artwork approved you will receive a payable invoice via email. Please keep in mind production will not start until the invoice is paid in full. If you are paying by check, please add up to a 10-day hold until the check clears for production to start. Cash payments can be done in person at our store.

Production Begins
We strive to complete all orders within 10 business days and will contact you once the order has been completed and boxed, ready for pickup or shipping.
